![]() ![]() Step 1: Take the first territory point on the road N of your base. (It is possible to stop even the first one, but that cannot be done every time.) Much depends on the level of difficulty, which starts at 2 but can go up if nearby battles send German units fleeing to Stavelot. Gold requires killing all fuel trucks but one, i.e., you may let the first one go but you must kill all the others. It’s a moderately difficult challenge to win with the gold medal. You may also attempt one of four possible side-missions. The goals of the mission are 1) to fight your way up the map, so that 2) you can get in the way of, and destroy, fuel trucks that are leaving a well guarded fuel point and trying to drive by a certain route off the map, then 3) to close in on and capture the fuel/truck depot, and finally hold it for a few minutes against furious counterattacks. Cheat engines won't solve this issue for you.The Stavelot mission is a good one for building XP/veterancy (usually 80+ points), though it’s best not to attempt it while unvetted. Manage your troops better and you'll see fewer losses. This is a problem you are having because of the way you play the game, not because of game design. Different companies are better suited for different missions. If you loose half your company strength in one mission you did not play it well. My advice, use your units better and refine your tactics. Reinforcing your compainies is only there to act as a small boost, not to regain half your entire company strength. I can go several missions netting a loss of 10 strength throughout all companies combined. ![]() When I play on easy it is a breeze to keep my companies healthy. I don't know what difficulty you are playing on but on the harder difficulties it goes more difficult to keep your armies at full strength so losses are expected. The company strength is there to force you to improve your tactics to become better and limit losses. ![]() To replay missions you have to replay the campaign as far as I know. ![]()
